Zenexa provides comprehensive medical billing services across all specialties. We support healthcare providers with efficient billing, coding, and revenue cycle management solutions to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement.

Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old.
Be authorized to represent your medical practice or organization.
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to healthcare billing.

Services Provided

Zenexa offers services including, but not limited to:

Revenue cycle management
Claims submission and follow-up
Patient billing and collections
Specialty-specific billing support

All services are provided under a mutually agreed service agreement or contract.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date patient and billing information.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other privacy laws.
Review and approve billing data as needed.
Pay service fees as outlined in your service agreement.

Payment Terms

Fees for services will be outlined in a separate agreement. Zenexa reserves the right to suspend services for non-payment. Late payments may incur additional fees or interest as specified in the agreement.

Zenexa is committed to maintaining the confidentiality and security of all patient and practice information. We comply with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and ensure that all data shared with us is handled securely and appropriately.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as defined in the service contract. Upon termination:

All outstanding payments become due immediately.
Zenexa will return or securely destroy any client data per HIPAA regulations.

Limitation of Liability

Zenexa will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. We do not guarantee claim approval or payment, as it depends on third-party payers and client-provided data.

Changes to These Terms

Zenexa reserves the right to update or change these Terms at any time. We will notify clients of significant changes. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our Country, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
